Przytkany odpływ w łazience, zapach kanalizacji z odpływów Wanna z hydromasażem jest, ale nie da się jej napełnić ciepłą wodą przez co jest bezużyteczna Mieszkanie wygląda lepiej na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości, podrapane, zużyte sprzęty, ale nie przeszkadzało to w użytkowaniu Mieszkanie nie ma trzech łazienek - w rzeczywistości są to dwie łazienki na piętrach + ubikacja na parterze, dodatkowo łazienka na najwyższym piętrze jest połączona z sypialnią przezroczystą szybą co utrudnia korzystanie z niej (brak prywatności)
