4-room house Las Americas, Las Vistas beach

Everything about the property was ideal having stayed at the same complex before in a different property it was easy to differentiate this time we had the whole 3 floors every room was well equipped be it kitchen,bedrooms or living area will definitely enquire in the future ✅

One small thing funny as it may sound but if your sleeping on the top floor don’t forget anything when you are coming down to the front door having to go back up on numerous occasions it was like a daily workout 😂😂

Very comfortable, The property had lots of towels and beach towels and was well stocked with everything. Check in and out times are excellent and Jan was great and checked in on us during our stay.

Was a bit noisy from traffic but after the first night we got used to it.

Ми чудово провели час у цьому будинку на Тенеріфе! 🏝️ Будинок дуже просторий, триповерховий, із трьома терасами. Всередині було надзвичайно чисто, є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку: повністю обладнана кухня, пральна машина, кондиціонери та вентилятори. У кожній кімнаті – телевізор, у вітальні – величезна плазма. Дві ванні кімнати, багато рушників та інших дрібниць, які роблять відпочинок максимально зручним. Особливо сподобалось, що на території є басейн 🏊‍♂️, а також підземний паркінг – це дуже зручно, якщо орендуєте авто. Jan був чудовим господарем – завжди швидко відповідав на будь-які питання та допомагав. Однозначно рекомендую цей будинок і з радістю повернуся сюди знову! 🌴✨

A beautiful appartment. Close to the beach shops bars. Very clean appartment and comfortable beds. Pool was very clean and so quiet to relax at. Christine was very friendly and welcoming. Jan was also very helpful making sure if we needed anything to ask. Will definitely stay there again.
