With 110 m² of luminous space and tastefully furnished, it features five spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room to share unique moments. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including two coffee makers (Italian and Tassimo capsules), ideal for coffee lovers.
Enjoy two private terraces: one glazed with translucent glass and garden furniture for relaxing, and another uncovered perfect for outdoor meals under the sun. Air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a fresh and comfortable environment at all times.
The urbanisation offers communal swimming pools, well-maintained gardens, loungers for relaxing, and a direct access to the beach through an illuminated underground passage, providing you with the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the Costa del Sol and the Coastal Path, ideal for walks by the sea and exploring local gastronomy. Nice and clean, good modern facilities. Air conditioners and heating good. Good kitchen and dining table and sofas, enough room for everyone.
It took over a week to come fix the broken shade.
Birds litter the balcony every day when they are constantly on the roof.
Location next to busy highway brings a lot of noise from constant traffic.
