The penthouse apartment is a stunning 4 bedroom property in a gated complex with an enormous terrace/balcony which enjoys beautiful sea views. Located right by the golf course, it enjoys access to a communal pool set in well maintained grounds and is within walking distance of two wonderful beaches, the port, and a great selection of bars and restaurants. The bright lights and fabulous marina's of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 9 miles and 15 miles away respectively. They are easily accessed by bus, car or taxi.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Two of the bedrooms have full ensuite facilities, there is an additional family bathroom and an additional WC. There is also excellent wifi throughout the property which is fully air conditioned.

Our family of 8 have just returned from the most fabulous 11 days at David & Karen’s property. The listing does not do it justice, the apartment is beautiful! Upon arrival it was really easy to go and locate the key (we arrived around 10pm). We had a few teething issues with the air con when we arrived but I messaged David and he replied within seconds and put us in contact with the property manager, we actually sorted it ourselves in the end.
There was a welcome package upon arrival with basics which was brilliant! The pool area was clean and fab, no issues with sun beds or shade…
Would highly recommend and thank you for everything it was a truly special trip! X

The apartment was lovely, with a massive terrace which we only used half of, facilities were great. Cards for the sun beds meant we always had a sunbed by the pool, some days it felt like we had the pool to ourselves. The walk to the shops or Cabopino port was only 1km, the downside was the steep walk back up the hill, called an Uber a couple of times. Terrace furniture cushions were a bit worn but still able to use them. Check in to get keys would have involved going to the office of the management company or pay a fee to get them to meet you (expensive) could do with a key safe at the property.

Lovely apartment, extremely spacious and very well equipped. A few things needed a little maintenance i.e patio door, outdoor seating area cushions a little worn but overall great apartment, very quiet complex with well maintained gardens, very nice and helpful residents
Pool was much bigger than expected. A few nice restaurants locally situated but would definitely recommend a hire car for the duration of your stay.

All in all we really liked the Appartment and the surounding area. Short distance to the beach an well equipped kitchen, balcony and poll area.
Unfortunately one toilet as well an the laundry machine were full of mould. As there are 3 washing rooms we had 2 left and we managed to wash our laundry somewhere else. Still this is not aceptable when paying the full price and it is not mentioned before. We had little children with us and beathing the moldy air can even be dangerous especially for kids. So we had the door closed all the time and told the children not to enter the room. If toilet and laudry machine were okay I would rate 5 stars.
