Although there’s no staff manning the premises, a WhatsApp contact is available for assistance and replies were quick (received help for early room and taxi booking to airport).
Great location.
Nice-looking terrace.

No writing desk. There’s a coffee table in the room but it’s challenging to use a laptop with it.
The two round ‘grooves’ (as a place to put your things (for the lack of side tables by the bed) is a strange design. A rectangle might be better so if one does place something there, it stays secure there. It’s also hard to put your back while sitting on the bed.
Dirty/unmaintained coffee machine (dusty, dirty inside, bug came out while I flush-clean it where I spent 45 mins cleaning it before I trusted it enough to use it. I appreciated the coffee machine’s availability and it would’ve been great if it’s not dusty and crusty inside.
Carpet’s old and a bit dirty so must wear shoes when in the room (disposable indoor slippers not provided). I brought disposable slippers.

Excellent location, very central but quiet. Bed very comfortable and shower good.
I do not like the fact that there is nobody at the property and that everything is done by phone. I had to ask for assistance from the café next door to understand how to enter the property.

Very clean and a comfy bed
The bathroom! Having shower made floor wet including around the toilet. I didn't realise on booking it was a digital hotel. That was my fault! I understand how this is very appealing to many. But I would rather a reception meet and greet. Especially with little things such as ordering taxi for early flight. I was given contact number from hotel and was able to do this myself. But was a little worrying when taxi wasn't on time. So chased a couple of times. All was fine in the end however. I see the benefits of a digital hotel. But I prefer those extra personal touches.
