Very helpful staff. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Loved the mug for coffee at breakfast-other hotels should follow with this! Great breakfast buffet.
View from our junior suite was beautiful.
Parking was a bit of a muddle but staff were very helpful especially Adrian and his colleague.
Reception area was quite small but there was another area to sit and relax so it balanced out.
Drinks prices in rooftop bar are expensive in comparison with other nearby options.

The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the breakfasts, the rooftop bar...
Noise from people shouting, screaming and yelling until the early hours each night. Not the hotel's fault but as it's a very busy area, it is hard to sleep.

Gorgeous room. Very quiet. Lovely balcony overlooking the square. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really central location. Beds were very comfortable. Loved everything about it!
