Great location. Staff very friendly. Had a meal for 6 on 2nd night and they had dancers come in. It was a great night. And the singer was brilliant. It made our weekend this hotel.
It’s easy to complain about things but we tend not to. Aircon didn’t seem to get warm. Few bulbs need renewing. Some batteries in remote controls. Didn’t really bother us that much. Just writing it so they know for next guests.

The hotel has a unique atmosphere, it feels like you've stepped back in time and can experience life as it was 100 years ago. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and beautiful places nearby
I didn't expect to see cockroaches in my room. The building is very old and doesn't have enough airflow. I couldn't find any vents in my room, not even in the bathroom, which might explain why the air felt stale. The soundproofing was poor—throughout the night, I could hear everything happening in the next room. I felt a little scared walking through the dark corridors and narrow staircase of such an old building, but at least I didn’t encounter any ghosts :D
