It is a very, very basic accomodation, but it is clean and in a prime location.
It is very hard to find as there is no sign on the building. I did not like the view of the inside courtyard. It can be very noisy, as the walls are super thin, but that of course depends on the guests so I am not blaming the owner.

The manager was very helpful, even loaning me a UK adapter, as I had left mine at home.
Facilities were generally quite basic. To be expected for the low price!

It was central so easy to get to restaurants and shopping Floor, bedding and bathroom clean
Dirty marks over walls Stained, threadbare towels Very basic My patio, terrace was a view through a window not access. The door to it was off another bedroom so not accessible. Misleading, when I booked I thought I chose a room with a private bathroom, after getting there and realising it was shared I checked my confirmation email and it said shared bathroom there.
