The location is perfect, 2 min walk to Mercado station and around 10 min walk to city center. Our room had the view to the castle which was really beautiful. Our room (number 4) was quite spacious. It had a lot of space for luggage and also some hangers and drawers to sort your stuff.
It's nice that there is a fridge in the room. One of the shared bathrooms was right in front of our room so we didn't have to walk in the corridor to get to the toilet which was really convenient. The bed was really comfortable. The room and the toilet was really clean. Having an AC in the room also made our stay really pleasant. We had good neighbors who didn't make much noise so overall it was really quiet and we slept well every night.
It would be nice to have a small shared kitchen (or atleast a kettle in the room) to make tea or to use a glass/cup from the kitchen. I know this property doesn't claim to have this in the description but I just wanted other travellers to know if they missed it. There is no kitchen or living room, it's only your room and the toilet. They also don't have iron.
There is nobody in the property if you need something urgently. We didn't come across any problems that immediately needed fixing so no problem.
They cleaned our room twice in our five day stay which was great. However, it would be nice to mention this and the time of the day more clearly somewhere. On second day we came back and noticed things have changed and then realized they had changed the towels and emptied the bin so it was a bit of a surprise at first:D

It was conveniently located by the city centre and beaches. It was a simple set up (desk, fridge, bed, wardrobe, AC) with a shared bathroom (I was apprehensive but it was well maintained and clean when I used it). I had come from an early hours flight and checking in was straightforward with access instructions given via WhatsApp.

On 8th floor distant from city noise. It looked clean.
Thin walls, noise from the neighbor bedrooms - i could assist to a 4 hours loud conversation from one bedroom. At 3 AM someone started to ring the doorbell continuously..
one bathroom door had no lock mechanism - it was a shared bathroom 🙁
