Location, close to tram station. Close to water front, and old town. Also very close to Renfe station. Also had a small patio with a table and chairs.
The elevators were slow when the hotel was full. The wi-fi in the room barely worked. The wi-fi worked on the small patio. Worked in the hallway but hardly worked at all in the bedroom area.

Clean, comfortable room, hotel is in a good location, walkable to all the key points from there
Hotel as if it's made from cardboard, extremely noisy doors, every step, roll of the wheels of maintenance ladies and voice is very clearly heard. We had very noisy people on the floor one morning (probably from UK) that were screaming, laughing histerically and banging on the doors and walls between 5 and 6 am. Probably on drugs after late night out. As sound insulation is non-existent, it was veeeery noisy and the hotel staff took some time to intervene. This was off-season, so I can only imagine what it's like staying in peak season.
They left only 1 small bottle of water for welcome and soap/shampoo provided in the bathroom are just for smell, they barely clean anything as you wash.
