Location was great walking distance from everything we needed, Flat was clean and tidy easy to access

Wasn’t anything major - just the shower head wouldn’t stay upright when trying to shower so what need to hold it sometimes think it was just lose

Location was excellent: all the main attractions within a walking distance. Restaurants, shops, kids' playgrounds and beach very close. Only staff member we saw was the cleaner and she was lovely. Possibility to wash your laundry - no need to take much of clothes with you and the kiddos.

We had informed our estimated arrival time on Booking.com. However, when we got to the apartment the cleaning was still going on and we needed to wait 20 minutes to get in. There is no warm water coming from the kitchen tap: you need to wash the dishes with cold water. The elevator in the building is tiny and you need to walk the stairs (14 steps) from the street level to get in it. Even the pushchair does not fit into the elevator unfolded! Bathroom drain was poorly sucking and there was mold on the wall in the shower corner. Bad sound proofing: you can hear everything from the streets and the stairwell.

Excellent location, in Mush Room street and 10 minutes from the beach. Apartment provides great space for our family.

Shower was dated and hard to use. Quite a bit of noise from other apartments early on the Sunday morning.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is located right in the city centre, in a pedestrian zone, which makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. All the major attractions are within approximately a 15-minute walk, so there is no need to use public transport. The location is excellent, and we would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to discover the city on foot. Add a warmer personal recommendation

Although the apartment looks decent and clean in the photos, there are several important drawbacks that are not visible online. I cannot say that it was dirty, because it was clean, but the sleeping arrangements were very disappointing. All the mattresses and sleeping surfaces were either far too soft or heavily worn. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable, as the corner sofa was badly worn and sagged in the middle, making it feel like sleeping in a hole. The bedroom contains a double bed and bunk beds, and the bathroom is also located inside the bedroom, which may not be convenient for everyone. I would definitely not recommend this apartment for six people, as the sleeping comfort is simply not adequate. Another issue is the air conditioning, which is only available in the living room. Cooling the entire sleeping area is essential, especially since guests generally spend their days exploring the city and return to the apartment mainly in the evening. However, the biggest problem was the hot water. The boiler kept breaking down, leaving us without hot water almost every day. We had to contact the maintenance technician ourselves and wait for him to arrive and carry out repairs. After three days of repeated visits and unsuccessful repairs, we eventually had to shower in cold water. Overall, the apartment has an excellent central location, but there are significant issues with sleeping comfort, air conditioning and, most importantly, the hot water supply. These problems are not apparent from the photos and had a considerable impact on our stay. I would recommend carefully considering the balance between the price and the actual level of comfort before booking. one
