Overall a strong recommendation; this little place gets almost everything right.
I had to sleep with ear plugs due to two things - noise from upstairs guests, and a constant loud dripping noise from the terrace area (Maybe leaking AC unit above).

I rented an apartment with a functioning kitchen. Everything to my satisfaction. 4 minutes walk to the food marked. Supermarket, restaurants etc. all nearby. 10 minutes walk and you're in the old part of the city. The bus from the airport stops (and picks up) 300 meters from the pension. The boss, Antonio, is a really good guy who will do his utmost if you have any need for assistance or help. The rest of the staff speaks no English, but are nice and helpful.

Location was good, shower and bathroom were nice and clean. AC unit was handy to try and drown out the noises through the night.
Walls are thin, could hear someone snoring all night.
Parking was €19 for one night as the hotel couldn't supply the discount voucher advertised.
Sheets had stains/marks on them.
