No me gustó la retención de una "fianza" hasta comprobar el estado de la habitación. Comprobación que hace el hotel cuando el huésped ya se ha ido, no en el momento que deja la habitación.

Nie podobało mi się to że musiałem dopłacić 30.euro za wcześniejszy check in który się zaczynał od 2pm to żart nigdy się z tym nie spotkałem szanuję ale to bardzo nie gościnne jeśli jesteś po długim locie akurat trafiasz o 11 do Hotelu pokój jest wolny a ty doplacasz 30 euro żeby do niego wejsc mimo że własnie wydałeś ponad tysiąc euro za kilku dniowy pobyt . Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we liked the design of the place and that it had a tiny gym and a mini pool. Overall, the area is not super charming, but calm and safe, within a 15-minute walk from the city centre.
The walls are surprisingly thin, and during our first night, we had significant disturbances due to loud noise from the room above us, resulting in almost no sleep. At 4 AM, we went down to the reception to ask for help. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty at that time returned, claiming there was no noise. (For context, we are both frequent travelers and very flexible when it comes to lodging, but in this case, the noise was so loud it couldn’t be tuned out, even with AirPods.)She did not check our room, and also told us that a room switch was not possible because the hotel was full.
However, in the morning, another staff member who was more willing to help arranged a switch to a top-floor room, which solved the issue - and we are grateful for that support. Overall, felt like overpriced for the value provided.
