Staff were super nice and helpful and welcoming. No complaints at all. I feel like the hotel prioritised the people who booked out the golf and padel/tennis activities rather than the hotel customers. We had a room at the far corner away from everyone in a dingy hallway. And to access the pool that was on the same floor , had to go upstairs and then down again as they didn't give my card access. Anyway , for over *** per night, some of the activities should be included . Otherwise what am I paying for? Just the room and the pool? The hotel has restaurants, spa, sauna, padel courts and golf courses but all need to be booked well in advance

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times now, and it never fails to impress. Everything from the service and friendly staff to the clean, comfortable rooms is absolutely top-notch. It consistently delivers a great experience, which is why we keep coming back. Highly recommended!

We stayed for our honeymoon at this hotel.
Stuff was very kind and helpful with all the arrangements : the room was perfect (exactly as we ask for), the facility also perfect : nice pool, nice view, kind stuff, good drinks at the pool, free fruits 🤗.
All clean, every day they are making the room.

Just a heads up for AGODA - please add in the description about de 200€ insurance fee. Clients must know that.
We payed cash and at checkout they give it back - so no problem with that from my side.

I have stayed at Hotel Alicante Golf for 4 years in a row now. This time was the worst.
Since arrival we were put in two rooms facing back road to a noisy disco clubs. Rooms were old. Space was limited. After first night we were moved to another rooms at extra charge of 10EUR per room per day.
When we tried to play padel with a coach at the hotel we were asked to pay 30EUR rental fee for the courts. After that w3e were told that SPA and indoor parking are also charged per day every time we want to use the facilities. How can you give yourself 4 stars rating when nothing is included?
We cam to breakfast at 10am when all fruits were finished to only be told that there is no more coming or that chef is sick today. Breakfast ends at 10:30 and all the plates were empty from 10am onwards.
We found what looked like human poo near the pool hence we never used it once.
They also run kids camp in the hotel and at one point at around 9:30am pool was full of small kids who w3ere swimming, screaming and the pool was full of floaties (last year we were told not to use any floaties in the pool).
The only good thing about this place is location and proximity to city and beach. Staff was very understanding - special thanks to Sebastian in reception, Jose and Frank at the bar and a lovely housekeeper who kept our room neat and tidy.
I would not recommend this place for the value they charge.
