Great location, very clean modern style apartment with everything you need for self catering even a washing machine who could ask for more! Good security , liked the keyless system to enter the building and the apartment. Very helpful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome.
Could do with an extra light over the kitchen sink .

Excellent location, warm air con, lift to 3rd floor
fridge too small freezer space way too small, kitchen facilities poor and small worktop space, no chopping board, no baking trays My data was breached on the Hotel software 'hotelgest' and no apology was given. I had two attempted scam attempts using my phone number and via whatsapp purporting to be Arenal Suites , asking for additional payment. Arenal suites should have been upfront with all guests about this breach instead of keeping quite about it- Im not happy. They even emailed me prior to arriving asking me to upload my passport photo to guess where ? the already breached Hotelgest software. Unlikely I will use them again as a result of this.
