Accessible to most of the places we wanted to visit
Our next door guest .. arrived at midnight & loud v, the hotel should emphasise to respect the resting time . The elevator buttons is a bit confusing

Excellent front desk staff. Friendly and helpful. It was nice to be greater by a professional after a long day’s travel.

The cleaning crew was absolutely excellent, the rooms were shiny every single day and they paid great attention to detail.
Was very disappointed that we didn't get daily refills of water. I've never experienced that in a proper hotel before, especially in the summer. It felt very stingy, compared to the price we were paying. The amenities in the room were also lacking, you had to call to even get a toothbrush. The worst part was the dirty ironing board that ruined my dress. The quality is just not on the level it pretends to be. The breakfast was not that great unless you're in a rush, so would recommend skipping that. Very little fresh produce and not properly cooked.
