Everything was amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the experience of a private onsen was unique and the food was spectacular. Also, the gardens around the hotel are beautiful.

The staff service and attention to detail was exceptional. The food was customized to my dietary standards and excellently prepared.
The tea reception could have been better. Was expecting a tea ceremony.
