朝食も美味しかったし、スタッフの人柄に癒されました。 お風呂の予約貸切システムが良かった。 疲れた体を休ませてくれました。

Able to eat outside, private onsen

No rotenburo, fake plants in the onsen window. I wish they have two chairs in the room. Just one is not enough

The rooms are big, bright, modern and clean. The onsen is private and very nice.

The staff has no idea about almost anything. They are friendly but useless at the same time. For a hotel I would expect minimum quality to answer questions or help out otherwise why even hire anyone. Their English is poor, they were from Nepal without English skills or energy to help. The check-in process is unnecessary long, the breakfast microwaved food. Nothing I would expect and that price range. All sad points because the place as huge potential but it’s ran by the wrong management. The only positive was their Japanese “manager” who didn’t speak a word English but he tried to be as helpful as possible to cover the gaps his colleagues left.
