Almeria Hotel Yamanakako アルメリアホテル山中湖

Hotel is new and very clean. Common are seemed very nice, but we didn’t have time to use it. Private onsen was easy to book. Water was hot and clean and there was all the amenities. Also room was big and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommended. Breakfast was good.

We couldn’t think of anything to complain about aside from some kitschy decorations!

Tout était propre, calme et accueillant. Un parking juste devant.

Nous avions une voiture donc sans, il faut voir si l’hôtel peut vous déposer un peu plus près des loueurs de vélos. Le lac est à proximité avec un peu de marche.

We ate lunch and breakfast in hotel, it was delicious! I also liked room, bath and everything 🙂

Nothing in mind

The rooms are big, bright, modern and clean. The onsen is private and very nice.

The staff has no idea about almost anything. They are friendly but useless at the same time. For a hotel I would expect minimum quality to answer questions or help out otherwise why even hire anyone. Their English is poor, they were from Nepal without English skills or energy to help. The check-in process is unnecessary long, the breakfast microwaved food. Nothing I would expect and that price range. All sad points because the place as huge potential but it’s ran by the wrong management. The only positive was their Japanese “manager” who didn’t speak a word English but he tried to be as helpful as possible to cover the gaps his colleagues left.
