Beautiful decor, helpful staff, generous Japanese dinner and breakfast, luxurious soaking bath on the balcony. Rooms also have Japanese robes, pyjamas and wooden shoes for guests to use during their stay in the room and dining area if they wish.
Be aware that the walk up the hill to the property is 300m very steep 1:6. However the hotel has a shuttle to the station for transfers, however you will want to go up and down to walk at the lake and for lunch.

The hotel is on the hill with fantastic views. Staff were very friendly and helpful, provided useful information around lake area.
