    Toki offers a good combination of vacation house privacy and hotel amenities. Location is convenient if you have a car. Parking is free. Excellent view of Fuji Mountain and the house comes with a rooftop to enjoy the view. Breakfast is average. Highly recommend.

    The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely ambiance and very good facilities. Honestly, if not for the very disappointing check-in experience, I would have highly recommended Toki. Unfortunately, our stay started with unnecessary stress due to unclear communication and mismanagement between Agoda and Toki. We booked through Agoda for 3 adults and 1 child, and Agoda allowed our 17-year-old son to be listed as a child. However, when we arrived, we were told that Toki has a different age policy. This was never clearly communicated to us before arrival, so as guests, we were placed in a very unfair and uncomfortable situation. We arrived very late at night, tired and exhausted from traveling, but instead of being welcomed with understanding, the check-in process became stressful. The staff had difficulty communicating in English and did not seem to understand how exhausted and confused we were at that moment. This created a very bad first impression and affected the beginning of our holiday. The disappointing part is that the property itself actually has so much potential. The ambiance and facilities are very good, but the management and communication between Agoda and Toki need serious improvement. Guests should not have to face unclear policies only after arriving at the property, especially late at night. I sincerely hope Agoda and Toki can work this out clearly, so future guests will not experience the same problem and have their holiday mood ruined like we did.

    We loved our stay in the balcony villa, especially with our family visiting from overseas. The staff were friendly, and the facilities and location were excellent. However, we noticed that the rates have increased significantly compared to our stay last year. Overall, it was still a wonderful experience.
