Great for budget travel

Nice owner, nice workers. Nice neighborhood. Big window that opened. Adequate A/C. Pleasant walk to beach.

Lugging my own agua pura. My particular room had an odor from the bathroom that was not present in other rooms. There are cats in the house.

Disappointing

It was clean, staff facilitated late check in.

The room is actually above a flower shop. To enter the premises of the accomodation, you were given the keys to the shop and had to go through it. It was very noisy from the street, as there was a mini market across the street where people gathered to drink and serenade each other until 3am. It was noisy in the morning as well because of the flower shop being open from very early. There was no hot water, the beds were very soft and I would recommend If you have a back problem. The curtains were very thin and wouldn't block the light coming in at all. The photos on booking did not correspond to the actual room. The bathroom sink was moving.

For two nights we’ve had late arrivals that were noisy- talk in hallway at full volume and doors slamming (haven’t talked to owners yet and trust they’ll address the issue);otherwise hotel was quiet.

The type of curtains they had, they were white and did not cover the sun, we wish it had a small refrigerator and a little table to put our stuff. there were no hot water, no wifi,

Superb

The room is secure as you enter through the family floral business (smells great and beautiful flower arrangements), someone is always around. The room and balcony gets full sun in the morning but they have good 'black-out' curtains to keep it cool. We put the air conditioning on in the evening and it worked very well to cool the room down. Everything was very clean. Comfortable beds. Kind family. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to many restaurants, the main square and many taxis around to take you to beaches.

La ubicación está a una cuadra del centro de Huatulco y muy cerca del mercado.

El baño es muy pequeño, la ventana del baño está muy pegada a las escaleras y se puede observar o sea es visible, no tiene estacionamiento y no te sugieren ningún lugar para aparcar. Temprano hacen ruido ya que hay una florería en la entrada.

Nada estaba sucio, en malas condiciones, tiene cucarachas, no debería estar en la plataforma.

Las fotos no corresponden a las que subieron a la plataforma, el hotel tiene dos nombres hotel las flores y Oyó. Las condiciones de los cuartos pésimas y el personal muy grosero y agresivo. Toallas rotas, sábanas sucias, muebles viejos, etc. Terrible el servicio y lamentablemente Booking no me apoyo para solicitar mi reembolso. El mismo día que llegue desocupe la habitación solo estuve ahí cinco minutos y no me quisieron reembolsar ni una de las tres noches que pague por adelantado.
