Great location at a reasonable price.

Great location for dining and shopping.

The downside of being in the city center is the loud music and noise from the bars, restaurants with live bands, etc.

Clean and convenient, but bring ear plugs!

The location is very central, close to lots of restaurants, cafes, and the town square. It is also just a short walk to the bus station. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay.

It was very noisy. The local karaoke bar down the block did not shut down until the wee hours of the morning and the traffic noise was constant until after 2 am.

Great stay

Location was amazing, the room was exactly as pictured, and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The amazing location does mean that on a Saturday night there are a lot of people out and about on the street and occasionally a noisy bus or car passes. We had a room with a balcony view of the street. My light sleeper partner put in ear plugs just in case, I didn't. The traffic noise was quieter than I expected given our proximity.

Dissapointing

The location was nice.

The room was very expensive and not as advertised. I paid for a nice room and received a room next door to the main hotel, with no view and no natural light. It was rather depressing.

Horrible

There is not much to say about what we liked, the only thing would have to be the location, it is very close to the center where you can find some restaurants and food. Cleaning lady was very nice and made sure our sheets were cleaned.

There were many things that really disappointed us during our stay at this hotel, first of all, there were no amenities like an iron, hairdryer, mini fridge to keep things that we wanted to keep fresh, the only things we got were a small bar of soap and small packets of shampoo. Bottled water was not provided as well during our stay, and for the price we expected better service and more amenities. Second, the bathroom is really small you can barely move, as well the floor is flat so when you shower the water goes everywhere on the bathroom floor since there is not a little dent for the water to stay where the shower is located, it spills onto the main floor where the beds are. The reception was very rude when we arrived, we are already tired from the long trip we had and we do not need to deal with rude people. The first day we arrived we saw little insects on the floor and on the bed just to find out the room had tiny ants, we didn't see them much after the first day but still. The sheets and towels were worn out, they were dirty, they needed to replace them because even if they are washed you can still see all the stains. Finally, this whole hotel is false advertising themselves, their page looks and says totally different things than what is actually provided, of how the rooms actually look, this hotel was such a scam for the price we paid and we will never be coming back for sure.

Excellent except the noise from the air conditioner.

The noise from the air conditioner was very loud. It sounded like a plane getting ready to take off. Someone needs to fix that.

Good place for a very short stay - but bring ear plugs!!

Very centrally located with all kinds of shops, beaches, ADO bus terminal etc within walking distance. The room was also clean and exactly as described. AC, hot showers, everything worked well. There's a TV too but we didn't even turn it on.

With being centrally located comes noise - and a LOT of it. I dunno how I missed this in the reviews, but it was impossible to sleep. The curtains are also not very thick, so even when the karaoke finally stopped at whatever time it was, the room was too bright.

Perfect for a few nights in Huatulco

Just in front of municipal market, plenty of taxis and bus stops, location is excellent. The room was fine, very clean all the time, AC for the heat is great. The room isolate the outside noise well but there is a lot of bars near town plaza and there is a lot of noise almost all nights we were there. Wifi is excellent by the way.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The property is across a market with affordable and traditional meals and souvenirs. A pharmacy is next door, along with other great shops.

My only concern was the trash pick up schedule. The hallway trashcan was full and the smell linger for a couple of hours.

Comfortable, fairly trouble-free

The restaurant downstairs is good for breakfast, but there are many options close by. However at first the clerk tild me i hadn’t paid thru booking.com, then she tried to put me in a cheaper uglier room in a different building. This was my third visit. I complained & they addressed the problem while storing my bags for free for 4 hours before my plane. I like this simple elegant little hotel. I’d take a date there confidently.

I live in Mexico but I suppose my Spanish betrays my Canadianness. Still, i hate it when people try to shake you down. I resist being very rude to them.

Loud all night and day. Don’t expect good sleep.

The rather loud karaoke bar across the street keeps going until 4am, and the building work in the hotel lobby started at 9am, so it must be said the quality of sleep was awful and we were not well rested, and despite it being clean and comfortable, we did not enjoy our stay at all.

It was pretty inexpensive.

No elevator, had to drag all our luggage to the 3rd floor in 100 degree weather with no help from staff. There was no soap or any toiletries of any kind in the room.

Loved the area this hotel was located in. Not super close to the beaches, but good if you want to stay close to the city action. Our room was very clean, the ac worked great, and the staff was pleasant. I would stay at this lovely hotel again.

Little nice hotel in Huatulco!

Great stay!! Specious rooms with a nice balcony. It was also pretty clean compared to other hotels. Location is also great, close to the town. Wifi works pretty well too. The hotel also has it's own restaurant which offers traditional breakfast.

It can be noisy as it is located close to the main road. The car park is only available on the road. It's a safe road but don't expect to find a private car park in the hotel.

A comfortable and well maintained hotel in the centre of the town. Bed was good, AC functional and quiet.

We had a room facing the street. A karaoke bar was just down the street and the noise echoes. Bring your ear plugs, or get a room at the back

Don't stay here if you expect to get to sleep before 3:30am

The location was in the center of town...both good and bad. Easy to get around but unbearably noisy in the room. Windows and doors did nothing the block the street noise and the many bars with intoxicated karaoke singers. Do not stay here if you expect to sleep at night.

The rooms should be remodeled to include sound dampening to allow for the basic purpose of a room...to be able to sleep at night
