Good stay

Basic but central hotel Rooms cleaned daily which was nice Hot showers Pool but didn't use Air con :) Cons: Wifi was not good so wouldn't want to work from there No real security because anyone can walk up the stairs from the street

Hotel was centrally located near shopping, food and night life. There is a 24hr laundry service within walking distance, very convenient. The area seemed safe and secure.

1. Parking was a little difficult if you came back later in the day. 2. The air conditioning was not cold enough. 3. The shower head had no pressure.

AC! After a week of sweating in Mazunte, a cheap place with AC was lovely. The bed and shower were fine too.

The WiFi didn't work for the entire 3 days we were there. We were told that they'd try to fix it "tomorrow", but nothing happened. It's also a bit far from any beaches, but it's in a nice part of Crucecita.

Big bed. Great location. Great TV and reception. Well functioning Air conditioning. I would stay there again, but I would want a toilet seat. (There wasn't one).

Clean, Comfy, Cold Air & on budget

Location is quiet and within a few blocks of zocalo/central park; very close to several good restaurants. The hotel met our criteria - clean, comfortable bed, cold air, and within our budget. It's not lux. The staff was honest, friendly, and most importantly, nothing was stolen from our room. We spent our days on the beaches and exploring the city.

We had a room right by the pool and the noise started a little early for us. Recommend getting a room away from the pool if you want to sleep in past 8 a.m. ever.

They actually did have WiFi during my two night stay, and it was free. There was a large, clean pool. It was an easy walk to the town center with lots of small shops and restaurants at the center and along the way.

There was very loud music which I think was at the facility my second night. There was only Spanish spoken. The hotel didn't seem to cater to foreign tourists.

Buen lugar, se encuentra cerca del mercado y del parque principal. Cuenta con alberca en la cuál uno se puede meter a nadar y relajar un rato. El cuarto estaba muy limpio.

Tiene escaleras para poder acceder a las habitaciones, en nuestro caso no representó dilema alguno, pero por sí alguien le sirve la información.

Útil y práctico para este destino. Saca de apuros.

Bien ubicado, a pesar de estar en el centro de La Crucecita es bastante silencioso por las noches.

Son dos pisos y no hay elevador ni quien te suba las maletas, usan un limpiador con demasiado aromatizante, puede ser porque algunas habitaciones tienen mal olor, quizá del baño o de colchones viejos, no tiene estacionamiento privado, el restaurante habré muy tarde para desayunar.

Gracias por esos seis días en el hotel doña Mary

Buena atención llegamos antes de las 3 pm y nos recibieron con gusto y la salida nos dieron 2 horas más para desalojar la habitacion, sin ningún costo extra, el personal muy atento,

Que la habitación estaba en alto teníamos que subir 2 escaleras y a mi esposa se le dificulta subir
