It’s a dump

The desk clerk hauled my luggage up two flights of stairs and back down after I complained. Nice young lady.

Over priced, not enough outlets for charging, no reading lights at the bed, the tv was too small to read, the restaurant staff was grumpy.

The wifi did not work. There was a lour compressor on the room balcony We were charged cash for the room upon departure, but we were under the impression we were charged online with my credit card.

The hotel is very conveniently located and well sized

Very close to many activities, bars, restaurants all nearby. The rooms are late and could accommodate 2 couples easily

Price felt high, but our booking was last minute. In all the staff was helpful, rooms could use a makeover

Lovely little hotel, fantastic value

We stayed there for one night before catching a flight the next morning. The hotel is very clean and the room was large with 3 nice beds and a large and clean bathroom. The hotel staff were very helpful. There is a restaurant where you can get breakfast on site. You are a 3 min walk from a mix of touristic and more local restaurants and shops. All in all a fantastic value. I would definitely stay here again.

La ubicación es increíble, cerca del centro de Huatulco de fácil acceso, en cuanto al personal muy bien, ambas recepcionistas la de la mañana y la de la noche muy amable y atentas

No hubo limpieza el segundo día de mi estancia, se limitaron a dejar papel de baño y jabón, no se barrio el cuarto y tomando en cuenta que el destino es de playa había mucha arena en el mismo, no nos cambiaron las toallas, y el minisplit realmente era muy viejo

Bonito lugar

Las personas que laboran son muy amables, honestas y gustan de su trabajo. Los servicios de comida son muy ricos pero faltó el pan de dulce y el pan blanco, el pan de caja quita lo delicioso de sus alimentos. En resumen todo es muy agradable.
