Even though the room was not exactly what we expected based on the picture posted, we are satisfied with the layout. We like that the room is separated from the living room and kitchen. The utensils are also highly usable for our stay. Overall, we are satisfied during our stay, except for the parking. The owner is also accommodating.

The parking was not really accessible. The hourly rate parking charged to us was just the same as the overnight parking fee we availed on the first night. We thought we could save for the parking fee for it was just a few hours before our early check out. The guard also said that we've been parked outside the building for about 3 hours, but we only parked for almost 1 hour, for we are waiting for the confirmation of the parking space we availed. For the amenities, the hot shower/heater was not working. The table in the room was flimsy. We haven't used it because the laptop might fall down.
