There are ants but manageable

The property was well kept, spacious.

The 2-bedroom setup in the second floor. The beds were big, aircon is working well. Then the ground floor where the kitchen, living room and dining room were cozy.

The unit is very clean and it has complete facilities.

The living room, dining room, and comfort room are extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially during the day, because there is not enough ventilation and airflow inside the house

Comfy beds, kitchen chairs a little hard but ok. Refrigerator worked well, but freezer door was missing. Bedroom aircons ok during the day, great at night.

Lower kitchen area and toilet shower room quite hot. We had a fan going there but still hot. I didn't think there was any ceiling insulation, otherwise cool air upstairs should have flowed down, but didn't. No can opener, cutting board, drinkable water or soap. Westerners must bring all their needs, especially toiletries. Taxi didn't show, cabs only come if they wanto, it's a 1.5km walk uphill to get shopping needs or a ride. There is a wait station, but no regular service. The guard at the front entrance was very helpful. Tip your taxi driver as it is a bit out of the way.
