Arezzo Place Condo

The guards and pool attendant were nice and helpful, and the community seemed great as i had my early walk. I loved the location. It is on 1st bldg, and 2nd floor only, near the gate and just across the pool area. I liked the pool, the bed, cabinet, hot and cold shower, smart tv, ref, water heater for coffee n tea, dinnerware, and flatwares were complete. The owner was accommodating taking my call even at midnight. Thank you

The water dispenser is not functional. The top of the ref is dusty. The floor is still dusty. I went around barefoot, and my feet got dirty. The CRs exhaust fan was super dusty, no bidet, no bathroom tissue Sofa bed is broken, not safe anymore for a heavy person. I didn't put it down anymore, and it is time to change the foam, i already feel the steel under it. Aircon is not enough for the place. I dont need to use a blanket when i sleep. The electric fan helped. The microwave needs cleaning. Spoons and forks had rusts. The store inside Arrezo Place only accepts cash, not even gcash :(
