Allen cozy condo

Nice secure gated subdivision. Felt secure in the area. We were right next to the pool but only stayed 1 day since it ws more of a layover stay for us.

The room needs a little work. It needs some attention in areas and could have been cleaner. I am a bit picky when it comes to clean so take it with a grain of salt.

Roomy condo! Water included. Working Hot Water! Quiet!!!

Internet lacked name and password. Poor cell phone service. Comforter too heavy for the tiny air-conditionier. Expensive Parking

Great neighborhood and security. Clean, the owner and caretaker was accommodating and considerate.

Hot shower and range hood exhaust does not functioning, but still with good water pressure and with complete kitchen amenities.

Responsive owner. Complete amenities.

The owner asked f it’s ok for us to check in late bcoz they need to clean the room. We agreed since we will be checking out late from PearFarm going back to Davao. I also asked owner f we can check out late due to our flight back home will be at night. Owner agreed. But on the day of our checked out, we were told that late check out will not be possible due to they have another guest coming in. He also told me, we didn’t inform him about the late check out request. Maybe he forgot we talked about it before we check in. Got a bit frustrated but still it was a comfortable stay. Thanks.
