Close to mall , grocery stores and eatery which is right outside the building .
The aircon in the bed won’t shutdown .

No breakfast served. Location is very convenient and very accessible. Facilities were well functioning and we did not encounter any hassles from booking, check-in and check-out. Initially, we were advised that the parking fee was P400.00 but upon payment, we were charged P500.00 without any advance notice.
The bed was too high so we slept on the mattress provided in the floor. Better change the high bed to a standard height bed as they are not advisable for senior citizen's guests.

The property is good. spacious and clean
1. No drinking water available in the dispenser. No complimentary water.
2. The towel is somewhat not clean. It seems used.
3. The air conditioners are not functioning well. Especially in the room.
4. The kitchen/lavatory towel is not clean. It has smell.
