No need for check in/ out meetup. This is good for shy people like me. Great location being in CM Recto I think this is a premium location in DC due to underground cable wires. The 711 and Angel’s pizza are just next block. Lastly, this tower is one of the highest towers in DC and will give you a great view from 16th floor.

Great location, friendly host, good room with TV, huge fridge, microwave, rice cooker and water-kettle, all of which functioned without problems. Towels, shampoo and soap were provided. We had a pleasant stay there overall. Very convenient location downtown right at the night market, close to jeepney routes.
The host insisted on a 1000php deposit, which was not mentioned online beforehand. Of course we left the room clean and the deposit was refunded without issue, which was great. Several small cockroaches at the venue, some rubbish that the previous guest left in the bathroom shelves.

-Good location -Good contact with the owner
-The building feels very unsafe. Has lots of cracks. There is an official note on near the entrance door, that the building requires immediate repairs. -There was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom during a rain. Even though there were 10 more floors above us -It takes much time to wait for the elevators -The security staff is a bit troublesome -The WiFi had a very weak internet connection
