Cozy Condo

The place was so nice, so as the amenities. There's a convenience store with the subdivision/village. Few minutes away from bigger supermarkets, mall, drugstore and some good places to visit. With security. The caretaker and owner are very responsive.

The washing machine wasn't working, but no biggie there's a nearby laundry within the subd/village. Other than that, nothing to dislike about.

I liked having a kitchen, a way to cook, and a bathroom water heater.

The place was not completely cleaned when we arrived. We had to sweep the place ourselves to clean dirt and the refrigerator was really messing and had to hand wash the refrigerator and the shelves from the refrigerator. The booking also states as the description that it is one bedroom. It is not one bedroom, it is studio. Whether that was intended to be a one bedroom or not, the fact is there is no partition and therefore it is all one room and technically defined as a studio. I also did not appreciate the defensiveness or hostility from the owners when I questioned them to clarify why the description on booking.com says one bedroom but when we arrived it was only a studio. I was curious but they got flippant and said if we do not like it that we can leave. Very unprofessional instead of being understanding. Proverbs 15:1

Host is very accommodating with our stay like how are the steps when getting inside the property, most facilities are complete such as AC, beds/sofa beds, heater, oven and other cooking amenities.

The only thing that was missing is that there is no bidet, we have a PWD that needs it.

It is a cozy home. The caretaker is friendly and will help you in everything. Communication is excellent.
