Nice place and ready to go
Lack of entertainment, and maybe a aesthetic mirror or any kind of mirror in the living room for taking pictures and stuff.

The location of the property is nice coz it’s accessible to DGT, arcade and SM Mall
Some facilities are lacking like there was no shower curtain, you can can easily wake up in the morning specially that there was no black curtain at the window and the bed location is straight to the sunlight.

Great studio, had everything i needed for my 3 day stay. Good location, close to SM city Davao and if you like walking, the coastal road isn't too far from Sm city. Guards are friendly and helpful. There is also a 24hr cafe nearby called Dalecious where you can bring your laptop and do some work..

It is simple and most of the things i need are in there
The pillows are cheap it is super soft that my head sinks, very uncomfortable to sleep.
The curtains could have been a black out curtain, its is hard for graveyard working people to sleep in a room that is too bright due to sunlight during the day.
