Charming stay for a family!
It is a charming property in walking distance to Kitzbuhel historic village. It is also close to one of the Kitzski gondolas with either a 5 minute drive of 15 minute walk.

Happy on the whole
Well appointed apartment, faithful to the photos (except see below) Good plumbing, good shower (except see below) Well sound-proofed against the noise from the road
Lack of communication from the hosts. Very little information provided. When I did contact them their response made me feel like I was bothering them. Shower flooded on second day; found to be due to a lot of hair (from previous tenants) in the drain Oven didn't work Absence of decent reading lights No wood for the fire which was featured blazing away in the photos

Very good
Close to train station, easy to reach slopes by train rather than ski bus. Supermarkets are also close by but we would have benefitted if there had been a short write up in the appartment of where to find the closest shops. It took us time to figure it out.
