- Großartige Lage direkt am See mit wunderschönem Privatstrand mit Steg und Sitzgelegenheiten für das Wohnhaus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
- schöne, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, und Spülmaschiene
- große Wohnung
- Stadtzentrum fußläufig durch Spaziergang entlang des Sees zu erreichen
- Parkplatz neben dem Haus
- problemloser Self-Check-in und -out
- Waschmaschiene vorhanden

The location is good, about 25 mins walk outside the town of Annecy. However, the private Beau Rivage jetty/beach area is brilliant. We spent many hours in and around the water. The property is lovely, I think that it could do with some better pictures.
The only issue we had was with the wifi. The internet speed was terrible, so I ended up using a load of data that I hadn't planned, but was OK. The arrival was a little confusing, as the fob to get through the carpark barrier was in the property, but we eventually figured it out and got the keys.

Het strand van Beau Rivage is perfect, het mooie fietspad tussen Annecy en Sevrier hebben we veel gebruikt.
