We liked it so much we are thinking of returning.

The location is good, about 25 mins walk outside the town of Annecy. However, the private Beau Rivage jetty/beach area is brilliant. We spent many hours in and around the water. The property is lovely, I think that it could do with some better pictures.

The only issue we had was with the wifi. The internet speed was terrible, so I ended up using a load of data that I hadn't planned, but was OK. The arrival was a little confusing, as the fob to get through the carpark barrier was in the property, but we eventually figured it out and got the keys.

Great apartment, great location about a mile from the town. Beautiful private lakeside gardens

Car park had a barrier which required a transmitter. The transmitter was was the property keys. The property keys were in a keybox inside the property. Access to the keybox inside the property required a building code. Nobody was there to meet us. The process was awkward, especially after a long drive

The arrival process could definitely have been easier. Once we were in, the apartment was very nice.

Good location, nice swimming area, but needs more organised management

The property is neat and clean, very practical. Just 10 minutes bus from annecy with a swimming area over the road. It felt modern and clean inside the house with a good kitchen and laundry.

The agency running it seem really lovely but to be too busy. Rather than a lock box or code, we had to wait for the property manager to give the keys. This doesn't sound bad but it's on a busy road and we couldn't get in the car park so felt stressful as we were blocking the entrance. To check out also needed to arrange to collect the keys. A lockbox system would be much better. Maybe by the barrier to the car park so you could get the clicker out and open the gate. The shower did not work and flooded the flat, the property manager came back to try to fix it for an hour. This meant we had no shower for 6 people (we did have a bath). I have asked for a discount but not heard yet. The property says there is wifi, but there is none despite what the agent said when I messaged. The 2nd docker to get in the car park had no batteries which feels careless. Our check out was 11am but the cleaner turned up 10.15. we had told the agent we were leaving at 10.30. The property itself is fine it's functional, clean and a good location , but the doors etc open straight onto the path outside so there is no way to open windows without fully opening doors. It is in a beautiful block, but it is quite noisy with people coming in at night. Given I was with small kids I think further down the lake near a beach and busing in for an afternoon walk in would have been better for us

Sale, humide et un mauvais SAV !

La localisation et la plage privée sont les seules choses positives de ce séjour. A noter le service irréprochable de la personne qui nous a donné les clés à l’état des lieux (gentillesse et professionnelle)

L’appartement était très sale, de l’humidité au plafond de la chambre principale et une odeur de moisissure. 97€ de ménage pour un appartement dans cet état est juste scandaleux !! De plus, le wifi (qui était dans le descriptif) ne fonctionnait pas (malgré plusieurs relances et pas d’action de la part de l’agence) et nous n’avons donc pas pu travailler et avons dû poser des congés non prévus. L’agence avec laquelle le propriétaire travaille fait la morte et ne nous réponds pas quant aux différentes demandes et remontées. Nous déconseillons cet appartement pour toutes ces raisons !
