- Großartige Lage direkt am See mit wunderschönem Privatstrand mit Steg und Sitzgelegenheiten für das Wohnhaus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. - schöne, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, und Spülmaschiene - große Wohnung - Stadtzentrum fußläufig durch Spaziergang entlang des Sees zu erreichen - Parkplatz neben dem Haus - problemloser Self-Check-in und -out - Waschmaschiene vorhanden - Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne

The location is good, about 25 mins walk outside the town of Annecy. However, the private Beau Rivage jetty/beach area is brilliant. We spent many hours in and around the water. The property is lovely, I think that it could do with some better pictures.

The only issue we had was with the wifi. The internet speed was terrible, so I ended up using a load of data that I hadn't planned, but was OK. The arrival was a little confusing, as the fob to get through the carpark barrier was in the property, but we eventually figured it out and got the keys.
