Beautiful space, in a great location. Close enough to Annecy town yet just enough out to easily move around to all the other superb beaches and destination spots around Lake Annecy.

The only downside was lack of air conditioning, but it was an exceptionally hot week. There were plenty of cooling fans and black out blinds so it was not a big issue.

Loved that it was unique. Lots of love, effort and money has been put into the property to make your stay special.

Annecy experienced a heatwave in June when we stayed and the property was uncomfortably hot. We were provided with lots of fans but unfortunately they made no difference. The weather is not in their control but if July/August typically has 36 degrees then air con is definitely something to think about particularly for the sleeping areas. Feel awful commenting on the heat as everything else was perfect. My husband uses a cpap machine to control his apnea when sleeping and the heat was a concern for this so it needs mentioning. We were absolutely fine with all the stairs but again, something to consider if not fit.
