Parfait pour une pause à coté du lac d’Annecy

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement plein de charme. Tout est pensé pour passer un séjour agréable : une literie très confortable pour de bonnes nuits de repos, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge bien pratiques, sans oublier la possibilité de jouer à Mario Kart ou de travailler sereinement sur nos ordinateurs. Un vrai moment de pause avant notre retour. Le stationnement juste devant le logement et la proximité avec Annecy sont également de précieux atouts. Merci à Laura et sa famille de nous avoir accueilli dans leur logement.

Ruime en moderne accommodatie met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Appartement heeft veel faciliteiten zoals een moderne keuken, wasmachine en droger.

Logement au top! Très propre, très bien situé avec une hôte très arrangeante et disponible. Encore un grand merci pour ce beau séjour!

Geweldig!

De mooie en zeer nette inrichting van het appartement en de slimme en originele oplossingen. De inventaris is meer dan compleet. Een slaapkamer is in de loft, de andere op originele wijze “verstopt”, erg leuk. En de bedden slapen heerlijk. Ook fijn: de elektrische dakramen sluiten automatisch als het gaat regenen. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg in Sévrier maar daar heb je in het appartement totaal geen last van. Fijn! Ook hadden we een privé parkeerplaats voor de deur. Tot slot: we zouden een self check in hebben maar werden bij aankomst alsnog netjes ontvangen door de host. Contact via de berichten service van Booking verliep heel soepel.

Laura est solaire gentille et son loft lui ressemble

La gentillesse et disponibilité de notre hôte Laura , les attentions sur la table en arrivant , Les équipements , la propreté, la décoration , la grande surface agréable du lieu , la proximité du lac ( on traversé et quelques mètres et on y est )

Il faisait chaud malgré les ventilateurs et petite climatisation portative mis à disposition par Laura ( mais elle va mettre une vraie climatisation)

plus que "atypique" on devrait simplement dire que c'est mal pensé

assez spacieux comme salon/cuisine, pas comme chambre et salle de bain. suffisament proche du lac mais sur une route très fréquentée

un appartement vraiment mal organisé, avec beaucoup d'espace là où il n'est pas nécessaire et peu là où il est nécessaire. vraiment chaud en été. il n'a pas été bien nettoyé.

Ne convient pas aux enfants en bas âge en raison des escaliers pour accéder aux chambres
