Great location
Location is fantastic - close to the beach, a bus stop to annecy, bakery and a few restaurants. The apartment is a good size and comfortable. Nice balcony as well. We were there in over 35 degrees heat and it wasn't too bad without air-conditioning.
The apartment has great potential, but there are a few areas where it needs improvement. It would be great to have mosquito nets as it's impossible to leave the windows open in the evening. Overall, it wasn't very clean - actually had to wipe down shelves before unpacking. The bathroom could do with a shower arm as it's a bit awkward design. The kitchen is small, has all the equipment but it's very limited. Would be great to have a few more cups or glasses. The lock system is very complicated and not easy to figure out at first. Our code didn't work at first, and while the managers responded quickly through booking, it would have been great to have a siggwstion where to park the car while trying to figure out entry.

short break in Annecy and its surrounding area
The location was very good for access to Annecy both by car and bus. The lake was two minutes away on foot. There was a cafe opposite the appartment which did a good continental breakfast and the Bistrot 11 minutes by foot did a good dinner. There was a small shop opposite which has a variety of fresh produce. There was also a small supermarket a short distance for other items we wanted.
It is only a small point but the apartment faces onto a busy main road which means it was subject to traffic noise. It may have been more noticiable for us than others. It did not disturb our sleep.

The appartment inside is new, renovated and pleasant.
The first challenge is to open the door and to get in. Absolute training of patience, relationship, memory, apps knowlages. It took us 50 min, later you have always be ready to memorize 9 digits to get all the time inappartment. We fiund it too complecated and unuseful. We could not use the terass because of the traffic outside, the appartment is just on the crowded road. Very noisy hole day and by night as well. For the value is good for the servises, but we suffered more than enjoyed.

access via app and key code takes some getting used to. the bed was too soft for me, but this is a minor quibble.

Comfortable access to Lake Annecy
we liked the location. just out of Annecy but close to the lake.
Getting into the property needs to be made easier. The most difficult of our 7 stays in France this holiday. You need a clip on the wall of the shower. just now it is difficult to wash as you have to hold the shower head in one hand.

Bien situé aux abords du lac et des commerces
Tout neuf, très bien équipé notamment d’un stationnement privatif. Emplacement très pratique : 5 km d’Annecy, à 3 min à pied du lac, face aux commerces. Très pratique
Pas grand chose. On a craint que la route soit bruyante mais ce n’est pas le cas du tout.
