Great location

Location is fantastic - close to the beach, a bus stop to annecy, bakery and a few restaurants. The apartment is a good size and comfortable. Nice balcony as well. We were there in over 35 degrees heat and it wasn't too bad without air-conditioning.

The apartment has great potential, but there are a few areas where it needs improvement. It would be great to have mosquito nets as it's impossible to leave the windows open in the evening. Overall, it wasn't very clean - actually had to wipe down shelves before unpacking. The bathroom could do with a shower arm as it's a bit awkward design. The kitchen is small, has all the equipment but it's very limited. Would be great to have a few more cups or glasses. The lock system is very complicated and not easy to figure out at first. Our code didn't work at first, and while the managers responded quickly through booking, it would have been great to have a siggwstion where to park the car while trying to figure out entry.

short break in Annecy and its surrounding area

The location was very good for access to Annecy both by car and bus. The lake was two minutes away on foot. There was a cafe opposite the appartment which did a good continental breakfast and the Bistrot 11 minutes by foot did a good dinner. There was a small shop opposite which has a variety of fresh produce. There was also a small supermarket a short distance for other items we wanted.

It is only a small point but the apartment faces onto a busy main road which means it was subject to traffic noise. It may have been more noticiable for us than others. It did not disturb our sleep.

The appartment inside is new, renovated and pleasant.

The first challenge is to open the door and to get in. Absolute training of patience, relationship, memory, apps knowlages. It took us 50 min, later you have always be ready to memorize 9 digits to get all the time inappartment. We fiund it too complecated and unuseful. We could not use the terass because of the traffic outside, the appartment is just on the crowded road. Very noisy hole day and by night as well. For the value is good for the servises, but we suffered more than enjoyed.

access via app and key code takes some getting used to. the bed was too soft for me, but this is a minor quibble.

Comfortable access to Lake Annecy

we liked the location. just out of Annecy but close to the lake.

Getting into the property needs to be made easier. The most difficult of our 7 stays in France this holiday. You need a clip on the wall of the shower. just now it is difficult to wash as you have to hold the shower head in one hand.

Bien situé aux abords du lac et des commerces

Tout neuf, très bien équipé notamment d’un stationnement privatif. Emplacement très pratique : 5 km d’Annecy, à 3 min à pied du lac, face aux commerces. Très pratique

Pas grand chose. On a craint que la route soit bruyante mais ce n’est pas le cas du tout.

Pourquoi indiquer 2 adresses différentes alors que l'appartement et le / les parkings sont situés au même endroit ;c'est très confusant à l'arrivée .Il faudrait également indiquer le nom de la résidence . Procédure de check in / check out et allers / venues trop contraignante et trop rigide (utilisation d'une appli sur smartphone obligatoire ) Appartement froid au sens figuré et propre (pas de possibilité d'augmenter la température ,ce qui n'est pas très confortable les jours froids et humides )La réponse des hôtes : "fermer les volets" Aucune vue car l'appartement est en RDC et jouxte une départementale très passante et bruyante qui relie Annecy à Albertville. Le linge de lit : 5 oreillers pour 3 taies d'oreillers , 2 couettes pour1 housse de couette. Pas de drap housse ,ce qui revient à se retrouver le visage directement sur le matelas (remarque déjà faite par des visiteurs précédents). Produits de toilettes absents alors que précisés fournis ,une eau vaguement savonneuse dans un pousse mousse sur le lavabo . Et enfin le kit d'accueil ??? !!!!! : 2 capsules de café + 2 sachets de thé + 2 rouleaux papier toilettes

Le confort, la propreté , l’emplacement, le parking extérieur ainsi qu’une place de parking en garage au sous-sol très pratique, super calme. Nous avons eu à faire à des hôtes très réactif et très sympathique. Merci encore à eux.

Détente, sport et gastronomie dans un cadre splendide.

L'appartement est très bien placé, suffisamment équipé pour des vacances, propre, calme. Nous avons apprécié l'arrivée et le départ en toute autonomie. La disposition d'un parking facilite beaucoup les choses également. Le ménage est inclus dans la location.

Moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung; funktioniert gut für Familie mit zwei Kindern (9 und 13 J.); Toplage zum See (kostenloses Strandbad und Hafen in fußläufiger Reichweite); direkt vor den Toren von Annecy ; Eigener, abschließbarer Tiefgaragenstellplatz; kurze Wege mit dem Gepäck; Geschäfte, Café und Bistro direkt gegenüber; Wohnung ist gut schallgedämmt (direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraße) und mit aktiver Belüftung; unbedingt machen: auf dem 200 m entfernten Seeweg joggen oder Radfahren - traumhaft!

Die Küchenausstattung umfasst die wichtigsten Dinge. Möchte man täglich und vielleicht sogar mehrere Gänge kochen, kann man damit (z.B. mit 2 Herdplatten) auch an Grenzen kommen.

Excellent séjour à Sévrier

Comme le titre l’indique, vraiment à deux pas du lac ! Pas besoin de la voiture pour s’y rendre . La piste Cyclable également juste à côté pour les balades. Le parking privé, un plus que nous recherchions . Un appartement très chouette, dans une résidence récente . literie confortable, grand canapé, parfait pour deux personnes. Magasins alimentaires non loin et bien évidemment nombreux restaurants non loin .

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet appartement cosy à 2 pas du Lac

Nous avons beaucoup aimé sejourner dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux, bien équipé et super bien situé. L'immeuble est tout neuf et l'appartement est bien décoré. La literie est confortable, matelas comme oreillers, nous avons vraiment bien dormi. Wifi rapide. Balcon-terrasse agréable avec table, chaises et étendoir à linge pliable disponible. Avoir le garage sécurisé était très appréciable, nous avons pu y garer notre auto SUV et nos deux VTT sans problème. Côté situation, le lac est à deux pas et il y a une plage municipale très sympa avec un ponton et un restaurant terrasse agréable. La piste cyclable est également rapide d'accès. Tous les commerces nécessaires sont accessibles à pied. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Allez-y sans hésiter!

J’ai eu un peu froid le soir dans la chambre impossible de régler le chauffage. Le protège matelas ne tient pas sur le matelas dans la chambre , ce n’est qu’un petit détail…

Appart Hôtel prestation de qualité au bord du lac Annecy - un bijou

Franchement, je voyage beaucoup à la recherche des meilleurs rapport qualité / prix sur booking. Là : rien à redire. Ou plutôt y a beaucoup de qualité à dire. Appartement état neuf, belle déco d'intérieur. Tout confort - bien insonorisé (voisin / rue). Manque rien : linge de lit, linge de maison, tous produits de toilette, ménager. Grand frigo, cuisine très (belle et) bien équipée ... comme a la maison, quoi !!! Y a meme un lave linge. Garage privatif, TV avec abonnement Disney+ et Netflix ... Cadre TOP sur bord lac Annecy avec petits commerces de proxi à 350m. De belles balades au pied de l'immeuble. Et petit découverte sympa pour moi : le smartphone avec appli BNBAccess pour accéder à l'appart : top pratique : on peut rentrer dès qu'on arrive sans le stress du RDV avec le proprio. M2ange compris ... un véritable appart Hôtel, sans oubli de la part des proprio ! TOP

Personne n'y peut rien ... mais il y a eu trop de pluie sur mon séjour. Mais du coup, on a davantage profité du confort de cet appart ... sauf la terrasse (le temps ne s'y prêtait pas - rires). La rue est toutefois très très passante au-devant de l'immeuble
