About this apartment rental

Apartment, 75 m2, on the ground floor, in a residence with private parking and view of the mountains.

It consists of a kitchen open to the living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom (walk-in shower and bath) and a separate toilet.



It is an ideal environment for a stay with family or friends, to discover the magnificent city of Annecy and its surroundings and take full advantage of the activities offered by the region.

Housing

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a majestic former hotel by the lake. The apartment is 75m2 and would comfortably fit a party of six people.



The space is composed of an open kitchen / living room with sofa bed for two people and modern Italian furniture. There is also a dining area in this space and the sunny windows overlook the mountains across the lake.



Adjacent to the kitchen is a bedroom with a bunk bed. The other two bedrooms are accessed via the entrance hallway. They each have a double bed. At the end of the corridor is the WC and the bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower and a bath.



Additional equipment is provided for small children, including a high chair and a foldable cot with mattress and sheets.



The rental includes private parking (with several possible parking spaces) and direct access to a private beach (code entry for residents and guests only) located just across the road with a private dock and swimming area .



There is also a wonderful cycle path that runs almost the entire perimeter of the lake, so if you bring your bikes there is also an option to store them in the building's locked bike room.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.

The windows of the rooms look directly at the back of the building, so the rooms are a bit dark.





Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically

- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.



We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, for this between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are made.
