Location, “beachy” feel, spacious, well equipped house, great supply of paper products and soaps, fenced yard.
Just a couple of kitchen items missing—lids for frying pans, but we used provided foil. Lazy Susan cupboard and under sink surfaces were not clean. Otherwise very clean property, Front bathroom drain was slow and very gunky.

It was close to the beach and had a front yard that was nice to sit in. The separation of the bedrooms into two private areas was helpful
It is really old and outdated. The shabbiest of the four homes I have stayed in so far this year. The living room carpet is quite stained. The sofa is stained and smells of dog. The floor tile is cracking in places. There was no renter’s booklet or welcoming information about Manzanita. For $650 a night, I expect more. Sadly, I won’t be renting again or recommending.
