Great location. A nice, well aged, classic home. Plenty of seating and table space. Great backyard. Short walk to town or beach.
Wasn’t that well stocked with enough laundry detergent and trash bags, baggies or foil.
No manual or list of instructions.

Old, rustic quality that I liked. Lots of rooms. Lots of beds and table space. GREAT location - easy walking to beach, restaurants, coffee, etc.
We had a terrible time getting the smart lock to work, and couldn't find the lock box with the key until the last day (it ended up being on the corner of the house). The people we talked to when we called did not know where the lock box was either. One day we were waiting in the rain for almost an hour trying to get the dang smartlock open. We called, but No one ever showed up. Finally found the lock box and had to call again to get that code. It was a pain calling many times. Other than this issue, I'd go to the house again.

Door in upstairs bathroom needs attention to close properly and fix squeakiness.
