Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A very comfortable and well laid out home for our group! We enjoyed the snug fireplace room and separate living room. Perfect for our group of 7-9 adults throughout a long weekend with close proximity to both the beach and town. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the TVs to current Smart TV standards so that guests can stream movies from their own accounts.

The space and location of the house was great. There are repairs needed in the house that would have made our stay more comfortable. Was very difficult to communicate with VRBO, so did not get things fixed.
