Forest Haven is an inviting two-story, 2,500-square-foot home on a quiet, dead-end street in beautiful Manzanita, Oregon. It is the perfect retreat for those wishing for solitude but not overly remote. A short 3-minute stroll down the street takes you to the picturesque seven mile beach in one direction, or head just 2 blocks North to Manzanita's charming main street, Laneda Avenue. The combination of unimposing decor and laid back furnishings in this small town setting provide a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere perfect for families and couples alike looking to enjoy the Oregon Coast.
Enjoy abundant light and an airy, open floor plan, with the home's main level being an ideal place for entertaining friends and family. The living room offers an alluring seating space with multiple couches. Sink into the comfortable living room and start watching your favorite shows on the 52-inch LED flatscreen TV. Browse through the home's DVD collection and pop in a movie for ample entertainment. For the chefs in your group, the fully equipped kitchen and large island will be a dream come true. This kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more. The bar seats two, and the dining table can seat up to 8 people.
The spacious primary bedroom has a plush king bed, a walk-in closet (that can be used as a nursery room, big enough for a pack n' play), and a full en-suite bathroom. Across the hallway is the second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom nearby.
Next to the living room is a family room with a game/puzzle table and a kitchenette stocked with extra dishes, a coffee maker, and more! Nearby are another queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower nearby.
Maximize family fun in the upstairs loft area by playing a game of pool on the impressive vintage pool table. Lounge on the vintage furniture, read a great book, or even use the full-size futon for afternoon naps. Inside the garage is a wagon to haul your items to the beach. The garage is for renter use and houses the second fridge/freezer.
The large front deck makes an excellent place for barbecuing, lounging in the sun, and enjoying time with friends and family.

We has an awesome stay in Manzanita. A storm took out power the day we arrived and for some reason I never got the management team call/voicemail about the issue (not the management team's fault). When we arrived they drove over to ensure we had access to the property with the power out and provided lanterns and flashlights. They were super helpful and friendly and power came back on just a few hours later. The house was extreemly clean and well appointed. We will definitely book future stays with Manzanita Beach Getaways.

Forest Haven was a great place in Manzanita. Convenient location to the beach and town. You could walk everywhere. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone.

This is a wonderful beach rental. We had 7 adults and 2 children. It was very roomy with two living rooms and all the bedrooms on one floor. It used to be a duplex but now a big home. They even allowed access to the large garage. Pool table in the loft was a nice addition. Lots of parking area. I wish they allowed dogs tho.

First rental with this house. It was the perfect setup for our family. You can see woodwork and some appliances have been updated. Great location and quiet dead end. Only two things I'd suggest: Maybe a set of mixing bowls and lower pressure shower heads to save on water and heat. Showers had incredible flow. We'll be booking for next year. Thanks for the use of your home.
