Nice clean new apartment high up the hillside overlooking Sarandë.

A very clean and well equipped new apartment, high up the hill overlooking the Sarandë strip. Perfect if you have a car to take you to the apartment but a long hike in sun if you don't. Lovely 15 minute walk down into town past lots of shops, cafés and bars. Didn't have a seaview but many of the apartments do. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Washing facilities for clothes was great. Away from the noise of the main town.

A recommendation for a reliable taxi to return to the apartment would have been helpful. We were charged 1500 lek each time we took a taxi from the town which seemed a little much for a 5 minute ride.

The check-in was smooth and easy, and she took the time to personally show us around and make sure we felt at home. The accommodation itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed—everything was thoughtfully laid out to ensure comfort and convenience. You can really tell that a lot of care went into every detail. What made our experience even more special was how helpful and attentive our host was throughout our stay. She provided us with a detailed list of recommendations for places to eat, beaches to visit, and things to do in the area—all of which were spot-on and made our trip even better. Her local knowledge and friendly attitude made a big difference, and she was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back ourselves someday!

The only thing to keep in mind is that the property is located a bit outside the center, about a 5–10 minute drive depending on traffic. That being said, the peaceful setting and overall comfort of the accommodation more than made up for it, and having a car made getting around very easy.

It was in a mountain, but still near the centre like 5 minutes with car.

Awesome view, clean place

It was very clean and tidy. There was cold water and drinks in the fridge. The view is mesmerizing. They changed our bed sheets something that usually is not done by other places I have been, and it was really appreciated by us.

Hopefully we had a car, otherwise it would not be very easy to reach the place, but this is why we chose it, to have a good view from above.

Great apartment in quiet area

Super quiet location away from tourists, bars and restaurants

There was no communication regarding the booking, we showed up at the place and asked a neighbour, luckily he made some phone calls and a sweet old lady turned up and gave us the keys

Superb

The host was very kind and promptly answered any questions during our stay. Whenever we asked for something she was there straightaway. Rooms were clean, spacious and super comfortable.She changed our beds during our stay and gave us clean towels on request. Definitely will return here again and already recommend them to my friends and family.

The place is further away from the beach but if you have a car, is highly recommended as there is parking.

No vale la pena

Estaba limpio

Está muy lejos del centro, si vas con coche es ideal aunque subir la montaña con el coche puede complicarse. Si vas caminando es impensable ya que es una cuesta para arriba súper pronunciada y con mochilas y demás es inviable además de que llega un punto en el que tan arriba de la montaña no hay ni personas pasando por allí. Lo único que hay cerca es un supermercado y tampoco está cerca cerca. La anfitriona fue maja ya que al vernos ahogados después del camino se preocupó por darnos una botella de agua. En mi opinión no merece la pena ya que por el mismo precio hay hoteles en el paseo mucho más cerca de todo

l appartement tout nouveau moderne le menage qui es fais tout les 3jours .( en general dans les appart il ny a pas de menage).l emplacement tranquille.la vue sur la mer au loin .la place de parking la propriétaire très sympathique

juste la vaisselle je trouve qu'il n'y a pas grand chose .( un saladier et des couteaux un peu plus costaud serait bien .et aussi des poêles
