The hotel is located in a great, less touristic but still easily accessible area plus its 10 mins walk to Vatican city. We have found out it is even less crowded at evening hours and you can find great cafes and restaurants in the area. The room was spacious for two and had everything we needed. In case of a problem the staff reacts quickly. The last day they let us leave our bags in the reception for free while we enjoyed the last of Roma. Thank you and will return!

Location and responsive staff. Early check in. After check out we left our luggage at the reception for 4 hours, until our departure. When we texted the property, they always replied immediately!
Marginal in terms of cleanliness (hair in the bathroom, some stains on the walls..)
