Attentive and helpful staff
The bathroom was not as good as the rest of the room. The shower flooded the bathroom more than once, the toilet and bidet are on an elevated platform and there is nowhere at all to put toiletries as you need them. I ended up laying them out on the toilet eat.
You have to get dressed and go to the kitchen if you want a coffee. It would be better to have coffee making facilities in the room (instead of just tea).

Loved the location. Easy to get to the Vatican and the Historic Center.
It smelled of sewage very strongly. I guess it may be “normal” in old buildings, but at times it was hard to bare.

The room was modern and clean, is well located, and the host is very pleasant and accommodating.
Upon arrival we struggled to find the property as there are no signs to indicate that the guest house is inside; luckily we had the contact details of the host and we’re directed inside.
Our biggest issue was that the room advertises ‘Breakfast Included’, when in fact you are given a €10 voucher that can be used at a local bakery. The bakery’s goods were well below average, and upon showing them the voucher, they began to bump the price of their items as to stop us from using our €10 to obtain a decent breakfast for the pair of us; when we mentioned the voucher the attitude of the staff turned immediately, and they became rude and unhelpful. This was extremely disappointing and saw us going out to buy breakfast, when we’re heavily influenced to choose this property as it seemed to be good value for money and convenient with the included breakfast.
