Cristina and her staff and our condo were all fabulous!! It was super clean, quiet, with the large jetted tub, expansive shower and comfy bed being exceptional. Having a shared kitchen was a huge bonus. Everything was very walkable from here. Neighborhood was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cristina!

Communication was super easy. Location was great, in the quiet street, 5 minutes from airport shuttle, near many cute restaurants. Whole area felt very local and safe, there are turist, but there are also a lot of locals. On the other hand, it is few minutes from castle st angelo, 10 from Vatican, 15 from piazza navona - we like to walk and we easly went everywhere by foot. The room was nice and clean, we had everything we needed. I would be glad to stay here again next time I visit Rome.

You need to be carful with shower door as there is some space and you easly make the floor very wet

The room was modern and clean, is well located, and the host is very pleasant and accommodating.

Upon arrival we struggled to find the property as there are no signs to indicate that the guest house is inside; luckily we had the contact details of the host and we’re directed inside. Our biggest issue was that the room advertises ‘Breakfast Included’, when in fact you are given a €10 voucher that can be used at a local bakery. The bakery’s goods were well below average, and upon showing them the voucher, they began to bump the price of their items as to stop us from using our €10 to obtain a decent breakfast for the pair of us; when we mentioned the voucher the attitude of the staff turned immediately, and they became rude and unhelpful. This was extremely disappointing and saw us going out to buy breakfast, when we’re heavily influenced to choose this property as it seemed to be good value for money and convenient with the included breakfast.
