Evertyhing was as expected. The rooms are like in the photos, spacious and very clean. On top of this, the location is excellent. It's close to everything you would like to visit in Rome and a lot of coffee shops and restaurants around the accommodation.

The location was great, we felt secure and comfortable. It’s a really nice area and the room was spacious. They came in every day to clean and refresh towels etc which we appreciated!
The walls were a little thin, you could hear other guests.

Thank you Andrea and Sabrina for a wonderful stay at 111 Guesthouse! Firstly, the communication was exemplary. I had prompt replies from the host and he was so helpful with all my needs, including looking after my bags when I had a very late flight after check-out.
The room is clean and the staff are just lovely! Sabrina greeted me, and helped me settle into my accommodation. Grazie for the restaurant recommendation. Went to Locanda Meloni and has the best pasta of my life!!!
The location is great for the Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo! It is a very safe neighbourhood too. However, if you want to be closer to the sites like the Trevi Fountain/Spanish Steps/Colosseum/Roman Forum it is a little further out!

The good price and the great location obviously justifies any downside but I would like to mention what I did not like about my stay.
The room is really hot. I mean, really really hot if you consider that I am writing this in march when it was max. 19° C day, max. 12° C at night. There is an A/C but it is switched off outside the hot season. Then there is a fan on the ceiling, which was not helping at all, and additionally made some annoying sound. With the window open the temperature was fine, but sadly there is no mosquito net.
The WiFi - was working, but unpleasantly very very slow. It takes 30 seconds to load a simple news website. Watching a video is only recommended to the really patient ones. For comparison, it feels like using the free WiFi on a fully booked italo train.
Then there is an unfixable sound issue. The doors are not soundproofing at all, you can hear every single word of the guests in the next room. If someone is talking in the small lobby and kitchen area, it really sounds like the door would not exist.
Lastly the shower - again, it was working BUT the water pressure was impertinently low that it feels like showering outside in a drizzle… so you should be patient when considering a shower in these rooms. There is hot water, but it takes about 3 minutes to come out of the shower head.
