Unresolved issues and poor management of a significant problem — we do not recommend this property.

We experienced ongoing problems with the heating system during our stay. Despite reporting the issue in writing and the property acknowledging that there was a problem and arranging a technician, the heating was never fully and consistently functional throughout the apartment. The issue remained unresolved until check-out, which significantly affected comfort. For the price paid, the handling of the problem was disappointing.

Very good stay.

Location was very good. Proximity to bus to take you to ski lift is very good. It is very quiet as it is away from all the busy area yet the busy area is easily accessible. Property is very clean. View of Matterhorn from balcony is nice.

The top bedroom has a heater that drips and makes so much noise that my grown up children had to sleep in the couch. Bathroom of that same second bedroom is TINY.

The apartment was very nice and had a great view of the Matterhorn. Being at the far end of Zermatt there was a good distance of uphill walking to do to get to the apartment

Not much to dislike other than the distance to town. The beds were firmer than we liked but that is a matter of preference

Disappointing

Everything except the bed.

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in my life. Such a beautiful and amazing place but I couldn’t get any sleep. For all the money that was put into the build they definitely should have opted for a deluxe king size bed in the master bedroom. The queen size bed has a split mattress with a crevice in the middle. It is too small for two average sized adults and is extremely uncomfortable. Fix that and you’ll probably get more bookings.
