The quality of everything in the chalet. It was done exactly to our taste. And the detail on amenities and information was perfect.
The location felt a bit away from the centre. But we discovered routes and accesses.

La casa es una maravilla, algo lejos del centro andando pero cerca de los remontes para skiar. Zermatt en todo caso tiene un servicio muy bueno de autobuses gratuitos si no quieres andar. Un 10.

Judith met us and showed us how everything works, she was a wonderful help through our booking process and our stay.
The cost of taxi’s within Zermatt is expensive, that is the only negative. Every time it’s a different price depending on how many people or if you have bags or skis.
