ihave stayed in dozens of airbnbs and airbnb equivalents, but this place is by far the worst place i have ever stayed. - to start off, the smell of the entire room was unbearable. like sewage and cigarettes. - the walls are so thin so throughout the night and while you’re trying to sleep the noise was incredibly obnoxious - there was public hair shavings in the bathroom cabinet. - the fridge, heaters, tv, lamps, etc ALL did not work. - the shower does not have a door so the entire bathroom floods when you shower. - the cleanliness was just gross. brown smudges on the walls and furniture, mold in the showers, the kettle smelled of mildew - the mattresses were stained with blood - so cold. the windows wouldn’t fully shut and open on there own, and blankets were thin without any extra bedding and heaters did not work - the entire building is pitch black with no lights so to even leave your room and use the stairs you have to use your phone flashlight - and the worst of all was the staff and the property workers we spoke to. they do not respond to your messages and do not care if you need anything. but the most bogus part of it all was that they tried to fine me a fraudulent cleaning charge of 500 CHF (not even stated in their rules) because they look for any small reason they could scam you out of money with no evidence to support their claims, they just want more money.

I don't recommend

The location was alright.

The shower curtain was mouldy. The general cleanliness of the room was poor. When I entered, there was a powerful, unpleasant smell lingering, and I had to air the room. The smell was gone by the third day. Someone next door was doing laundry every day at night and early in the morning.

Very low standard property.

Location only.

Check-in Issues • Upon arrival at 20:20, there was no key in the key box when opened with provided code. • We were told assistance would arrive within 5 minutes, but we had to wait an hour until 21:20. • When access was finally gained we discovered another party already occupying our apartment. • We were then left waiting until just after 22:00 for those guests to return and vacate before we could finally move in. •Staff communication was poor, not replying to messages or taking a very long time to reply. Check-out Issues We received a message regarding our check out time (see attached picture) stating that our check out date was Tuesday April 16th 2024 when we were actually leaving today (24/09/25). Hygiene Concerns • Both mattresses were badly stained including blood, which is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and health standards. Missing or Inadequate Amenities • No coat hangers in one of the bedrooms. • Only 3 full sets of dishes and cutlery provided, despite booking for 4 people. • No iron, despite being listed among the facilities. • No hairdryer, also advertised as included. • Both toilet seats cracked and loose. • TV remote had no batteries. • Cupboard door over the washing machine missing. • Fridge door cover damaged • Curtain in bathroom Inadequate as it didn't provide privacy without having to put something on it to keep against the window.

Very bad

Blankets were dirty already used by someone else. The second bed was without blankets and I asked the landlord to bring blankets and he reaponded that he will bring some but he did not! There was a hair on our blankets and spot I will attach photo.

Location...east to get around, but on a busy street. Bring earplugs for sleeping.

Noisy street, very hot, no fan or air circulation. Kitchen acts as a bedroom. Only 2 chairs around the table. Could only plug in 1 Kitchen appliance at a time.

Disappointing

The location was good, 15-20min walk to the main central square. Generally clean.

The apartment slept 4 people. The “main bed” was a wall bed, same as the second bed in the kitchen. We were 2 people so we were going to sleep in the master bedroom but one leg of the wall bed was unfortunately broken making impossible to even sit on it. No one came to check or provide help, so we had to strip the bedding and open and make the other bed. Having to make our own bed and sleeping in the kitchen wasn’t exactly what we hoped and paid for. Bedding was a mix and match and the mattress was badly stained. it felt like we were staying at a friend’s house who doesn’t usually have guests around. Also, the towels were wet! and also stained. There was a coffee machine but no capsules. No lift in the building.

Un soggiorno confortevole e molto piacevole. Consigliato al 100%

Mi è piaciuto innanzitutto il trattamento ricevuto: la ragazza che mi ha contattato è stata molto gentile e con un’ottima predisposizione. La posizione dell’alloggio è ideale, molto vicina ai supermercati, al centro e in una zona tranquilla. L’appartamento è molto bello e accogliente, molto luminoso; nelle giornate di sole è un piacere sedersi al sole a leggere o a lavorare con il mio computer e un caffè. Il riscaldamento mantiene una temperatura davvero piacevole, l’acqua sia fredda che calda funziona perfettamente. Lasciano a disposizione articoli per la pulizia e tutto il necessario per prepararsi da mangiare se lo si desidera. Un luogo tranquillo, con una decorazione che mi è sembrata molto bella. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo. Lo consiglio al 100%.

Pessimo

Abbiamo pagato e prenotato un appartamento con due camere e quindi due letti distinti anche se uno era un divano letto ma in realta era una sola stanza con un solo letto matrimoniale. Questo ci ha arrecato non pochi problemi. Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi a contattare la gestione ma non ci rispondevano ne in chat ne al telefono e se rispondevano erano messaggi automatici dove chiedevano le stesse cose tipo i documenti ecc ma mai si sono degnati di risponderci riguardo al nostro problema. Se io prometto un tipo di appartamento e poi ne offro uno inferiore, per me questa è truffa. Dopo messi ancora nessuna risposta da parte loro. Per fortuna che Booking è molto serio ed ha provveduto a fornirci un minimo rimborso. Meglio che niente. State alla larga da questo Host o per lo meno siate consapevoli di quello che puo succedere. altro piccolo problema è stato che nella cucina (ad induzione) vi era una sola padella ma che non era idonea ad una cucina ad induzione e quindi abbiamo dovuto usare la pentola!!!

Presenza di TV Senza cavetterie e telecomando senza batteria. A saperlo sarei venuto munito , non ne capisco il senso di dare un servizio non utilizzabile. Pulizie non complete.

Soggiorno breve

La macchina per il caffè non funziona Nel micro bagno c'è la tenda oscurante che si appoggia alla chiesa Manca un bidè o comunque una doccia che ti consenta di lavarti senza bagnarti da testa a piedi. Le tende sono applicate nel cartongesso che se non si sta attenti crolla no a terra Diciamo:, un appuntamento veramente essenziale. Riguardo le pulizie: molto precarie.

Ci tornerei

Alla fine avevo bisogno solamente di un appoggio e ho trovato quello che mi serviva. Buona posizione, buona possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze, camera pulita e facilità nelle comunicazioni con l host

L unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto della camera in sé per sé sono le tende che, soprattutto nel bagno, occupano tanto spazio e non offrono abbastanza privacy. Aggiungo, anche se è poco rilevante, il fatto che la camera doveva avere vista montagna ma non era così!

Blijf weg bij deze locatie.

Niets beviel ons, Wij zijn in de kamer geweest. Het was een grote teleurstelling. Dit was geen kamer, maar een ruimte waar een opklapbed stond dat heel slecht was. De kamer stonk, er lagen houten planken op het spiraalmatras om het matras te ondersteunen. Wij zijn 5 minuten binnen geweest en toen een ander hotel gezocht. De verhuurder was niet te bereiken.

Alles viel ons tegen. Dit was de slechtste kamer die ik ooit ben tegen gekomen. De foto's tonen het bed dat wij opgeborgen hebben om ruimte te krijgen. Door de houten planken kregen wij het bed niet meer naar beneden. Wij hebben toen het matras om het blok gelegd dat de spiraalbodem moest ondersteunen. De kamer kostte 137 euro per nacht.

Lugnt och fint bostadsområde.

Fräsch och enkel litet rum. Minikök i rummet och kylskåp. Det tar ca 20 minuters promenad från tågstationen. Boendet ligger i ett fint bostadsområdet. Det tog oss ca 20 min att promenera till centrum och sjön. Det var väldigt lätt att hitta och atmosfären var lugnt. Vi är nöjda. Bra kommunikation med hyresvärden.

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Bauweise der Unterkunft sehr solide und die Wohnung war sauber. Die Lage in Lugano gut bis sehr gut.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Möbel, Wände und Böden weisen ziemliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Der Lift war ausser Betrieb, was wir gemeldet haben, jedoch nie eine Antwort erhalten haben.

Miserabler Zustand hat diese Wohnung. Die Wände sind alle kaputt die Küche stinkt nach verfaulten Eiern, die Toiletten Deckel sind kaputt, die Duschkabine hat keine Tür sodass das komplette Bad nass wird. Die Betten sind voller Bettwanzen und Milben meine Kinder und ich habe einen Hautausschlag bekommen. Diese Wohnung hat keine Klima Anlage Nichteinhaltung eine mobile Klima . Der Aufenthalt war ein Horror ich hoffe das diese Wohnung aus vollinhaltlich raus genommen wird.

В апартаментах вбудоване ліжко і коли ви його розкладаєте взагалі неможливо пройти і навіть двері вхідні відчинити. Немає шафи ніякої, проте є кухня з усім необхідним стиралка та посудомийка. Загалом це маленькі апартаменти для одного.

l’appartamento in sé è bello è piuttosto spazioso

Un caldo impressionante nell’appartamento che non cala neanche aprendo tutte le finestre quando fa fresco la sera. Per una ragione sconosciuta era proprio impossibile raffreddare l’appartamento, meno male che c’è un ventilatore. Pulizia non perfetta, e brutti odori in cucina, che è anche una delle camere quindi è molto sgradevole.

Non ci sono le persiane e batte il sole tutto il giorno dentro la stanza. I riscaldamenti sono in funzione senza motivo (c'erano piu' di 25 gradi) fino a mezzanotte e non si respirava letteralmente, nonostante tutte le finestre spalancate. Rete e materasso troppo morbido, impossibile dormire comodi.

No estaba limpia la cocina, había mucha grasa hasta en los enchufes, el ruido hasta la medianoche de los vecinos del apartamento, una silla rota, la tapa del wc rota, la nevera era muy ruidosa, a tal punto de no dormir tranquila. Hice Fotos y se los envié a Royal Residence Lugano pero su respuesta no fue amable.

Al llegar al apartamento, nos dicen por la app de booking que las llabes estan en el buzón. Las llaves no estaban. Tardan 1h en llegar hasta donde estamos nosotros. Revisan, y al no estar las llaves, nos dan la dirección de otra casa (sucia, antigua, sin wifi, ni tv) a 20 minutos andando, con maletas. Un desastre, esto no es lo que yo contraté.
