Just right for a group of 4 - spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and warm!

The apartment was exactly what we needed over Christmas. A family of 4 including 2 grown-up children, so we required space, 2 bathrooms and enough facilities for providing meals, etc. Also a good TV! Very handy location including the large Sainsbury's literally 3 doors down.

There were just sufficient for our use over 3 days but more knives and tea/dinner plates would have been desirable.

Great location

Great location as really convenient for car, bus or train to all local attractions. Facilities in the apartment were good, there were 4 adults, so comfortable sitting space in the main reception room was a little tight but manageable. Plenty of bedroom space, beds reasonably comfortable after a long day walking.

A little traffic noise can be heard in one of the upstairs bedroom, I think the window needs a little attention maybe? But overall had no complaints.

Ticked all our boxes and we have said we would like to return.

Clean, spacious, two bathrooms, near the bus stop and excellent kitchen facilities. One of us was ill, so it was lovely to be able to stay in and cook a decent meal. Plus the shower creams and shampoos were a lovely quality.

There was nothing to dislike to be honest.

A lovely find.

A roomy, light, and comfortable apartment. Perfect location for getting into Oxford by bus, avoiding parking and congestion charges. The pick-up and drop-off stop is just in front of the property. Sainsbury's is a 2 minute walk away for all your grocery needs, and I can recommend The Gurkha Village restaurant about 5 minutes walk in the other direction. I am looking forward to staying in this apartment again.

Very warm. We turned the heating down from 25 degrees! No hot water on Saturday morning but a call to Hamid and he was able to guide us through to sort it out.

Great location for Oxford and surrounds

- Fantastic location - close to Blenheim and the park and ride into Oxford, and there's a Sainsburys right there too - great communication from the host, always replied within minutes and always available to help us - nicely decorated apartment, great sized rooms

- not enough knives nor bowls - one of the mattresses upstairs was too small for the base and kept falling down at the bottom - grout between the kitchen tiles is coming out - automatic light in stairs was far too bright and couldn't be switched off

1st floor bathroom need attention, shower head and toilet seat, linen looking tired Beds very hard, pillows same No follow up mail received to enter property had to dial to get a code which was inconsistent from thw code already received. Unit not mentioned which we stayed in, differwnt units on this property

Did not info PIN to unlock the key box. Even after i sent email. We spent around 30 minutes and wasting money to call Customer Service in Netherlands. No info to access wifi. Again I had to send email and wait for the info.

The property is modern. comfy bed good location - around 15 mins from Bicester and around 20-25mins from the Oxford City Centre. Sainsbury is very close to the property Bus stop is just literally at the front.

unfortunately the property was dirty when we came and need to call the owner to have it clean. Had a good response and the cleaner came within an hour. We could’ve been resting already after a long day in Bicester but need to wait until the lady is finished cleaning the apartment. The ensuite toilet - the knob for the hot shower is not working — wasn’t able to use the shower because of that. the apartment is adjacent to the main road thats why its a bit noisy throughout the day especially when you open the window.
