The obvious highlight for us here is the hot tub – who doesn’t love a relaxing soak outdoors with the water keeping you cosy when there’s a cold chill in the air? Grab yourself a glass of wine, close your eyes and you’ll feel any worries you had bursting with the bubbles as they reach the surface. With little light pollution, this is just the place for a spot of stargazing. As night falls look up to the sky, a black backdrop to the moon with a sprinkling of stars scattered around it. You won’t find a more relaxing way to while away an evening. When bedtime calls, you’re spoilt for choice with a selection of rooms that all boast comfortable beds and their own unique style – before you realise it, you’ll be drifting off to the land of nod.
From your home in Brotton, it’s just a short drive to the beach or the town centre of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. We recommend a trip down the cliff lift to the promenade – here, you’ll find the pier stretching out into the sea, inviting you for a leisurely stroll as you enjoy the bracing sea air.
